1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using AgroGreen (the "Service"), operated by [NAME/COMPANY] ("we"), you accept these Terms of Use and the Community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

AgroGreen is an agricultural information platform that includes: a Q&A community with official guides, an agro social network ("My Space"), a listings board ("Store"), agricultural and veterinary calculators, farm management ("My Farm") and plot management ("My Crop") with treatment tracking, withdrawal periods and pre-harvest intervals, record exports, weather and satellite information, and reference market prices. During the beta the Service is offered free of charge.

3. Informational nature (IMPORTANT)

AgroGreen's content — including calculators, doses, withdrawal periods and pre-harvest intervals, coefficients, community answers and My Space posts — is for guidance and information only and does not replace the judgement of a licensed veterinarian, agronomist or animal scientist. Doses and withdrawal periods must always be confirmed against the product's official label and your country's current regulations. Documents exported by the app (health book, field log) are generated from your own data and are not official documents. We are not liable for decisions made based on this information. For any health concern, consult a professional.

4. User accounts and referrals

To use certain features you must create an account with truthful information, using email and password or Google. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your country (or have authorization). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each account may have an invitation code to invite other people. The referral link only records who invited whom, so we can notify you when your invitee joins; it gives no access to the invitee's data and currently generates no monetary compensation. Creating fake or mass sign-ups to inflate invitations is not allowed.

5. User-generated content (community and My Space)

Questions, answers, posts, comments and other content you publish belong to you and are your responsibility. By publishing them, you grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to display and distribute them within the Service — only so the Service can work, not to resell them. You agree to follow the Community rules. Content may be flagged by automatic filters and reviewed by moderation: a false positive is unflagged; a violation is removed with notice. Advice from other users does not constitute professional counsel.

6. The Store is a listings board (IMPORTANT)

AgroGreen's Store connects sellers with people looking for something. AgroGreen is not a party to the transaction: it does not process payments between users, does not handle deliveries, does not hold goods and does not act as intermediary or guarantor. Price, payment, delivery and any warranty are agreed directly between the parties. Verify the seller and the product before paying; be wary of paying strangers in advance.

• Regulated products (veterinary medicines, agrochemicals and similar) are held until approved by our moderation, and their sale and use remain subject to the relevant country's competent authority. Approval on AgroGreen is not a health authorization.
• Featuring a listing is paid or trial visibility, clearly labelled. It is not an endorsement by AgroGreen of the seller or the product.
• We may remove listings that violate the Rules or the law, with notice to the seller.

7. Subscriptions and payments

During the beta all features of the Service are free: there are no paid plans, no trial period and you are not charged anything. We do not ask for card details and we do not store them. If paid features are introduced in the future, this will be announced in advance and these Terms will be updated first; no existing account will become paid unless you subscribe to it yourself. Features that require a payment gateway (such as paying to feature a listing) are unavailable and say so honestly.

8. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, extract data in an automated way without permission, or impersonate others.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design and own content belong to [NAME/COMPANY] or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond normal use of the Service. The content you publish remains yours (see section 5).

10. Availability and beta

The Service may be offered in beta: it may contain errors, be interrupted or change without notice. It is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of accuracy or continuity. Offline mode stores pending records locally and syncs them when the connection returns, but we do not guarantee any device will keep data indefinitely: export your records regularly.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, transactions between Store users, or agricultural or health decisions made based on the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will give notice. Continued use after the change implies acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/REGION], without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
