Note: this document is written in plain language and will be reviewed by legal counsel before the commercial launch. In the meantime, it is the real guide we moderate by. The Spanish version is the binding one.
AgroGreen is a community of farming people. These rules exist to keep it useful and safe. They apply to everything published: community questions and answers, My Space posts and comments, and Store listings.
What is welcome
- Sharing your real field experience: what worked for you, what didn't, photos of your farm or crop.
- Asking, even if it feels basic. Someone else has the same question.
- Helping by answering with what you know — and saying what you don't know.
- Buying and selling on the Store with honest descriptions.
What is not allowed
- Spam and repetitive or misleading advertising.
- Insults, harassment or personal attacks.
- Impersonating another person, company or official body.
- Dangerous health misinformation: recommending doses, products or practices that contradict the official label or put animals, crops or people at risk. Community advice never replaces the farm's veterinarian or agronomist.
- Selling regulated products without approval: listings for medicines, agrochemicals and similar are held until we review them, and remain subject to your country's competent authority.
- Any illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
How moderation works (what we actually do)
1. When you publish, an automatic filter may flag suspicious content (for example, spam). Flagged content stops being visible to others while it is reviewed.
2. A person on the team reviews it in the moderation queue.
3. If it was a false positive, it is unflagged and becomes visible again as it was.
4. If it breaks these rules, it is removed (deleted) and you get a bell notification linking to this page.
Regulated Store listings follow the same circuit, with one extra step: they are not published until approved.
How to appeal
If you believe we removed something by mistake, write to us: use the feedback 💬 button available across the app (tell us what was removed and why you think it was a mistake) or the contact email in the Terms. A person reviews it; if we got it wrong, we own it.
Relationship with the Terms
These rules complement the Terms of Use. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
